To organize, govern, and lead the core mission and the local political assignments, Berg Municipality uses trust-based governance and leadership. With the citizen at the center, we work according to our guiding principles: Together, courage, impactful, long-term, and communication. The guiding principles serve as a compass for values in actions, priorities, and decisions. They are the backbone of our culture where trust, room for action, development, and sustainability are prioritized.
